Satisfaits de l hotel mais l exterieur laisse à desirer, mobilier abandonné cassé, chaises longues sous la pluie, debarras vers la piscine, ...

Hotel sympathique et avec des services intéressants ; bien placé à l'entrée de la route des 3 vallées ; personnel accueillant. Mon principal point d'amélioration : Au vu du prix du petit déjeuner, il faudrait garnir davantage l'offre.

Gros décalage entre les photos, avis et la réalité. Hôtel vieillissant. La propreté est à revoir, la chambre était sale ( poussière partout ,toiles d’araignées, sanitaires ). Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas à la hauteur. Personnel peu aimable à part le monsieur de l’accueil. Malheureusement nous ne recommanderons pas cet hôtel.

Hello! Overall our stay here was pretty good, especially considering the price of the surrounding areas. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and the location itself is hard to beat. The decor in the room is a bit outdated, and the pillows are quite uncomfortable but other than that the room was clean and suited our taste! The walls are quite thin so you can hear other guests especially when they close their doors (the doors tend to stick/are hard to close without slamming) or are on their balconies. One major complaint that I had was that there was black mold in the corner of our room (closest to the balcony door, hiding behind the curtains) that we didn’t notice until the last day when my friend had a severe allergic reaction to it. We had been wondering why it was hard to breathe after waking up in the morning but chalked it up to the difference in temperature until the last morning of our stay when she woke up with swollen lips, eyes and throat. We hope that in the future the rooms will be looked at more closely before patrons are allowed to stay in them to prevent a situation like this happening again, because otherwise our stay was wonderful.
