Localisation parfaite pour la visite de la ville. Excellent accueil, tant lors de la réservation que lors de l’arrivée. Très jolie chambre, confortable.
Excellente cuisine au restaurant, servie dans un beau cadre, par des serveurs aux petits soins et très professionnels. Excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et varié, servi dans une jolie salle à l’ambiance feutrée.
Une très bonne adresse, comme on aimerait en voir plus souvent.

J'ai été conquise ! Hôtel cocooning, idéalement situé au cœur du vieux Bourg médiéval. Accueil chaleureux. La déco de la chambre 😍 tout est bien pensé, en harmonie. Cuisine savoureuse et inventive 👏 le personnel de salle est attentif et agréable. Envie de revenir très vite !

2 small disappointments : the thalasso bathtub did not work in the bathroom + it would be nice to have a real coffee machine in the room.

Tout était parfait.
Néanmoins un petit commentaire : Ma femme et moi avons pris les Ravioles de langoustine en entrée et nous avons tout deux trouvé que la sauce était trop puissante cassant l'équilibre du plat en masquant quelque peu les autres saveurs... Mais c'est bien évidement un avis personnel.
Par contre, votre boudin... Quelle merveille...

The welcome was great. The hotel is lovely. The room was ok, but I had to go outside to get to it. The restaurant was disappointing - good choice and ingredients but poor execution of dishes. Breakfast very poor value for money.

This is a very good hotel indeed. We had the suite (Room 3), very comfortable and large, with 2 sofas a big wardrobe room and a good sized bathroom and a comfortable bed. The restaurant serves wonderful food and has an excellent wine list. All the staff throughout the hotel are extremely friendly and efficient. There is free parking right outside the hotel. The medieval town is very attractive.

We had a lovely stay. The staff are excellent. The ambience is lovely. Beautiful town. Lovely old hotel and great architecture.
Dinner is excellent but food is very rich so it would be good to have some lighter options.
Breakfast is good but would like larger pots of fresh coffee.
Bedroom needs better lighting and an extractor fan in the bathroom.

We stayed one night on our way back to the UK. Lovely hotel in an old building. Very comfortable room. Slightly odd to have a bath rather than a shower but not an issue. Exceptionally good food at dinner. Good selection at the buffet breakfast. Easy parking. I am sure we will return. Recommended.

A very beautiful building in the heart of a beautiful old town. The staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful - as they were throughout our stay. Our evening meal was in a wonderful internal courtyard and the meal was excellent.
Our only caveats would be a slight over formality in the restaurant for such a relaxed setting, and lack of ventilation in the bedroom on a warm night. But these are really minor quibbles, it’s a wonderful hotel.

Centrally located in a lovely small town. Free public parking outside the hotel or nearby. Old hotel but modernised as much as possible, keeping some old features. Did not eat here as restaurant was fully booked and found most other places in town were closed. Did find a small pizzeria.

I read about the hotel in the travel section of The Weekend Daily Telegraph, 19th February 2022. I had lived 2 years in Normandy in my early 20s and driven Percherons in an attelage of hay at Le Haras du Pin, albeit briefly. We wished to see some Percherons and found them on a farm as we left the venue..The staff in the hotel were particularly helpful in all respects. We ate plenty of Black pudding, toured the town, eat and drank well.

The hotel is beutifully situated in a quiet part of the toen and is well maintained and cared for. The staff were always very helpful and enthusiastic. The room and the restaurant are excellent quality. our whole stay was very enjoyable and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Picturesque building, atmospheric and with charm. Room was spacious, clean and quiet with a good bed. Bathroom looked lovely but it only had a handheld shower which was awkward and a bit inconvenient, odd given how excellent the rest of the bathroom was.
The local farm and dairy products at breakfast was impressive and very tasty.
